Help Sanatan to access life saving medicines

Sanatan aged 14 years belongs to Siliguri West Bengal. Initially Sanatan experienced spells of breathlessness, tiredness after any physical activity such as playing, running or even climbing stairs. The family assumed it as a general weakness and paid little attention to these evident symptoms.
The regular occurrence of these symptoms made the family concerned. They visited the free cardiac OPD conducted by Child Heart Foundation in Siliguri. Sanatan was screened and underwent echocardiography test. He was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension – a rare life-threatening disease which requires continuous medication.
The estimated cost of his yearly medicines amount to Rs 1,00,000 which is beyond the financial means of the family. His father – Mr. Sanjib Mahato is a rickshaw puller and works approximately 15 hours a day to meet the daily expenses of the family.
Sanatan has been registered under PH Life Care Program and is one of the beneficiaries of PH Life Care Fund under which financial assistance is provided to patients of Pulmonary Hypertension to take care of the expenses incurred on life saving medicines.
We have pledged to continue providing free medicines to Sanatan and missing even one dose can be life threatening to him We require your help and support in purchasing medicines for him worth Rs. 1 lakh including the cost of medicines and travel fare to access follow up check-ups in the form of donations small or large.
