Ashish Thapa is a five-year-old boy who was diagnosed with Pulmonary Atresia MAPCA'S, a serious heart condition that required urgent medical attention. Despite his family's best efforts to find a cure, Ashish continued to suffer, and his parents were left feeling helpless.
However, hope arrived in the form of Ashish's father's employer, who came across the Child Heart Foundation and Dr. Vikas Kohli. Within a matter of days, Ashish was diagnosed and registered for treatment under the HRIDAAN Program, and his CT Angio was done at Apollo Hospital, free of charge.
With the CHF team's support, Ashish underwent a successful open-heart surgery and is now in the ICU, recovering. His family is grateful for the generosity and kindness of everyone who contributed towards his treatment, and they are hopeful that he will make a full recovery soon.
Ashish's story is an inspiration to all of us. Despite the challenges he faced, he never gave up, and his family remained strong in their love and determination to get him the help he needed. The support of the CHF team and the generosity of donors have made all the difference, giving Ashish a chance at a normal, healthy life.
Let us all come together and continue to support children like Ashish, so that they too can receive the medical care they need to overcome their health challenges and live their best lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ashish for his speedy recovery.
