Vivaan is a six-year-old boy who was diagnosed with ASD. The parents travelled all the way from Rajasthan to Delhi to contact various doctors for Vivan's surgery. His father works as a tailor and his income could not have supported the cost of Vivaan's treatment. However, when the family got to know about Dr. Vikas Kohli, they decided to immediately visit the centre for his check-up. He was diagnosed with ASD and needed ASD device closure. The total estimated cost of the surgery was Rs. 3,00,000. The family shared their ordeals and financial constraints with the CHF team, and they were registered under the Hridaan project for funding. As soon as Vivaan’s case was shared with Concentrix, the team decided to help the family by funding the surgery.
We are happy to announce that Vivaan is stable now and doing well. Post-surgery, the previous problems of Vivaan have begun to disappear, and he is making quick progress. Thanks to all those who kept Vivaan in their prayers.
