Around 6 months after birth, Anand was diagnosed with Patent Ductus Arteriosus which adversely affected functioning of his heart and lungs.The treatment costs was very high and his father works as a watchman in a private firm and was unable to bear the treatment expenses.After further diagnosis at our OPD at Siliguri, we registered the child under CHF HRIDAAN and helped in raising funds for the surgery of the child. He is doing well and comes for regular follow ups.
CHF worked hard to help the family arrange funds for Anand Lepcha heart surgery. We helped him and the surgery was successfully done and he is doing fine now.
