Jyoti aged 1 year was diagnosed with Tricuspid Atresia during a free OPD conducted on 06/01/2020. His father – Mr. Shyam Mandal works as a casual laborer with an annual income of Rs 1,00,000. The family was not in a position to bear the cost of treatment of Jyoti which was approximately Rs 2,87,740. Jyoti was registered for financial assistance and medical support program. The family submitted all the due diligence documents which included - Beneficiary Details Form, Registration Form, Pediatrician Certificate, Informed Consent, Copy of Date of Birth Certificate, Copy of Aadhaar Card and Income Certificate. Jyoti was admitted on 08/12/2020 at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital and sucessfully underwent Glenn Surgery on 10/12/2020. She was discharged on 15/12/2020
